Altrad – Cape East awarded Painting, Insulation and Fireproofing contracts in Qatar

Altrad Middle East & Caspian is pleased to announce Cape East Ltd, Qatar has secured following contracts with ORYX GTL.

A - Call off contract for providing Blasting & Coating and Insulation services for three years with an anticipated value of Qrs 10 M.

B - Procurement, installation and commissioning of Passive Fire Proofing in ORYX GTL Facility in Raslaffan City. The start date of fireproofing work is 30th October 2018 with anticipated completion by 29th October 2020. The project value is approx. Qrs 20 million.

ORYX GTL is a joint venture comprising of Qatar Petroleum (the Qatari state-owned Oil Company) and SASOL (which is listed on the South African Stock exchange, with its major shareholder being the South African State government)
