Altrad is very attached and encourages internal promotion

Altrad is delighted that Isa Fancisco from our Angola business has become the first woman in Angola to be both IRATA* level 1 certified and NDT** PT2/PCN 344726/level 2D inspector (weldments related works). Isa has worked for Altrad for 6 years and progressed from HR Assistant to being in charge of training coordination and then coordinating all Altrad group IMD projects (Inspection, Modification and Decommissioning) in Angola. We are proud of Isa and her achievements to which we are very attached. When asked about her career path, Isa says: "I faced many challenges, but I have made the efforts to show the other women that we can also achieve positions historically reserved for men. I will continue to give my best in order to encourage other women to embrace the challenge".
