ALTRAD Arnholdt acquires Les Monteurs de la Brie

ALTRAD Arnholdt, a subsidiary of the ALTRAD Group and a major player in the rental and erection of scaffolding in France, is proud to announce the acquisition of ‘Les Monteurs de la Brie’ (LMDB), a company specialising in the erection, dismantling and rental of scaffolding, formwork and shoring, as well as in general masonry.

This external growth operation not only enables ALTRAD Arnholdt to strengthen its presence in the Île-de-France region, but is also part of a strong desire to consolidate its capabilities in specialist construction work to offer even more effective solutions to its partners and clients.

Founded in 2016, LMDB is a company with a strong track record in its catchment area and considerable expertise in its field. Logically, it will be able to contribute to ALTRAD Arnholdt's growth by providing a qualified team of 18 employees with recognised know-how. By integrating the skills of ‘Les Monteurs de la Brie’, ALTRAD Arnholdt is strengthening its teams and adding additional technical resources, enabling it to respond effectively to the growing and increasingly diverse needs of customers based in the Paris region.

Fabrice Queneudec, Managing Director of ALTRAD Arnholdt, commented on the acquisition: “For us, this operation is important and will undoubtedly prove to be strategic. We are delighted to welcome new employees with solid, sought-after skills, and we are committed to supporting them so that they can do their jobs to the best of their ability, with the shared aim of serving our customers and increasing our market share together”.

ALTRAD Arnholdt will finance this transaction entirely from its own funds. ALTRAD Arnholdt also confirms its social commitment by taking over the entire LMDB workforce, guaranteeing the continuity of their jobs and ensuring the operational continuity of the business.
