ALTRAD acquires CIDES, a Congolese rope access leading player

Altrad is pleased to announce that, on 18 October, the acquisition of a majority interest in CIDES Congo was completed. The current shareholders will remain in the business and they will collaborate alongside our existing local company, Altrad Services Congo.
CIDES is a leading rope access and inspection services business in Congo, notably in the Oil & Gas market but also in other industries. With our combined forces we see real opportunities to deepen our relationships with existing clients, increase our market shares and expand our offering beyond national borders.
