Anti Bribery and Corruption policy

Altrad Group is committed to prevent and detect corruption in all the territories in which it operates, and to comply with applicable laws, in particular with the Sapin II law, the UK Bribery Act 2010 and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

The Altrad Group’s executives and all its employees are committed to acting with professionalism, ethics and integrity at all times, wherever they may be.

Whistleblowing system

The whistleblowing system is part of the Altrad Group's compliance framework. It ensures the effectiveness of the procedures implemented and the Group's compliance with the:

  • Law no. 2016-1691 of December 9, 2016 on transparency, the fight against corruption and the modernization of economic life, so-called the "Sapin II Law",
  • the UK Bribery Act of April 8, 2010, so-called the "UKBA",
  • Law no. 2017-399 of March 27, 2017 on the duty of care of parent companies and ordering companies,
  • European Directive 2019/1937 of October 23, 2019 on the protection of whistleblowers.

Altrad Group undertakes to analyze the admissibility of all reports received, to carry out an investigation when necessary and in any event to ensure the confidentiality of the procedure. The whistleblowing system enables all employees and business partners working for or with the Altrad Group to make a report, in complete confidentiality, without fear of reprisal.
